Refund policy

Effective 6 October 2026

This policy explains refunds for the paid plans of Simplified Orthodontics Studio, provided by Simplified Orthodontics Academy. It follows section 9 of the Terms of use.

1. Which plans it covers

Plus and Pro are the paid plans. The Free plan has no charges, so there is nothing to refund. All plans are free during the launch period; this policy applies once paid plans start.

2. How paid plans work

• Plus and Pro are prepaid for one month or one year. Nothing renews by itself; we remind you before a plan ends, and you decide whether to renew.
• When a plan ends, the account returns to the Free plan. Every case you saved stays yours and keeps opening; a lower plan only limits new cases and a few advanced features.

3. Refunds

• Within 14 days of payment, if the paid features have not been used, we refund in full.
• After that, refunds are at our discretion and pro rata for the unused time.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. The time for the money to appear depends on the bank or wallet provider.
• A refund ends the paid plan and the account returns to the Free plan; every saved case is kept.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email us at the address below, from the email address of your Studio account, and include:

• the payment date,
• the plan you paid for (Plus or Pro),
• the payment reference.

If you paid through Paddle, you can also contact Paddle directly: Paddle handles customer service and returns for its orders.

5. Payment providers

• Payments in Egypt are processed by Kashier in Egyptian pounds.
• Payments from other countries are in US dollars. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for those orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Its buyer terms apply to the purchase.

We never see or store card details.

6. Language

This policy is also available in Arabic. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the English version applies.
